To continue to deliver quantity surveying, construction cost consultancy and project management services at a level that meet the Client's requirements and conforms to relevant regulations, codes and specifications, the practice management recognises that our rigorous quality management system is vital.
The quality management system is recognised as a continual process in which we recognise the key issues, set performance standards, evaluate our actual performance against these standards, take corrective action when required and identify opportunities for improving.
We are conscious of the role systematic quality management plays in the proper execution of Quantity Surveying and the complex services we offer. The structure, as it relates to the management process, is clear, logical and adaptable.
We acknowledge the importance of staff training in the implementation of the procedures and have a positive policy of continuing professional development for all members of staff where individual aspirations and objectives are recognised leading to the maintenance and improvement of personal and professional skills.
We recognise that this system must be reviewed and updated, if required, annually in order to ensure that it remains relevant and efficient.
